Laurel Hollow is a village in Nassau County, New York. It is within the Town of Oyster Bay. , the village population was estimated at 2,000. The name of the village was originally “Lauralton” but was changed to “Laurel Hollow” in 1935 to differentiate it from “Laurelton” in Queens. The village was incorporated in 1926. Laurel Hollow is bordered by Oyster Bay Cover on the west, Cove Neck on the north, Cold Spring Harbor on the east, and Woodbury on the south. The village has a total area of 3.16 square miles.
