Munsey Park is a village in Nassau County, New York. It is located on the northern shore of Long Island, approximately twenty miles east of Manhattan. , the population was estimated at 2,900. It is mostly an upscale residential area. The village was named after Frank Munsey, a publisher who owned most of the village land. It was originally called “Munsey Meadows” before being changed to Munsey Park. The village is bordered by Flower Hill on the north and east, and Manhasset on the south and west. Munsey Park has a total area of 0.52 square miles.
